Before becoming a motivational speaker, Atty. Flam made his mark in journalism and communications. He served as Editor-in-Chief of The Barrister (San Beda College of Law) and contributed as a news writer for The Philippine Collegian (University of the Philippines). These early experiences sharpened his ability to communicate effectively and connect with audiences.

He has also attended international seminars and training programs at Harvard Business School, New York University, Morley College London, and Melbourne, Australia, gaining exposure to global best practices in leadership, negotiations, family law, and public relations.

Today, Atty. Flam combines his legal expertise and corporate insights with his passion for speaking and teaching. His mission is to help professionals and organizations in Manila and beyond navigate challenges, strengthen leadership, and embrace excellence.
